Luvory

Luxury fashion storefront and full merchant back office on Cloudflare Workers

Luvory is a storefront, checkout and merchant back office for a luxury fashion brand, built as a single Cloudflare Worker (Next.js 16 via vinext, D1, R2). It covers markets and currencies, tax, delivery and pickup, returns, discounts, campaigns, reporting and staff security, with payments through Shopify Payments draft orders and a Mollie fallback. A companion Chrome extension imports supplier listings as draft products.

Highlights

  1. 01Storefront with server-rendered product and collection pages, faceted search, wishlists, reviews, a passwordless customer portal and tokenized order status.
  2. 02Back office: orders and draft orders, fulfilment holds, multi-location inventory, discounts, markets, translations, B2B price lists, campaigns with A/B tests, reports, sequential invoicing, and staff accounts with TOTP step-up.
  3. 03Single payments adapter (Shopify Payments draft orders, Mollie fallback) and a per-minute scheduled runner with 48 background passes (reconciliation, abandoned carts, webhooks, retention).
  4. 04Scoped public API keys, outbound webhooks, field-level audit logging, and hand-written D1 migrations with parameter-bound SQL.
  5. 05MV3 Chrome extension sharing its parsing logic with the server import pipeline, kept in sync by a test.
  6. 06Every push to the release branch deploys the Worker through GitHub Actions with serialized, one-click-rollback deploys; about 60 hand-written, additive D1 migrations under a Drizzle schema. 59 commits, all mine, in August 2026.
