Claude Code + Codex orchestration skill: added a live monitor view and project detector

4CO-OP is an open-source Claude Code skill by another author that splits a coding task into stages: a Claude planner, a Codex builder, a Claude spec checker, then review and a pull request. I added a deterministic project detector, live streaming of stage events with a redesigned monitor view, config v2 migration, and suspend/resume with a network watchdog. The work was merged upstream as PR #17.

Highlights

  1. 01Upstream PR #17 merged on 2026-04-26: 6 commits, +8,122 / -1,062 lines across 42 files.
  2. 02Deterministic project detector that works out build, test and lint commands for a target repository (about 1,660 lines).
  3. 03Live stage-event streaming with a redesigned monitor view.
  4. 04Suspend/resume for runs, a network watchdog, an automatic PR writer and an in-place workspace mode.
  5. 05Config v2 migration and new tests for suspend/resume, monitor, detection and config migration.
  6. 06Also refreshed the README, architecture and install docs and improved the installer script.
