Video-in, security-assessment-out pipeline with multi-model LLM orchestration

System that analyzes a short video of a facility and produces a security assessment based on the CARVER methodology: entity discovery with bounding boxes, per-entity scoring, design-basis threats, mitigations and an executive summary. A second stage runs a Red/Blue Team simulation with Black Team adjudication, and results can be rendered as video (OpenAI Sora 2, moved to Google Veo 3 in December 2025). Later work added baseline discrepancy analysis, Word report export and FFmpeg video overlay export.
